Due to the high level of demand for Onederland , we are not able to accept returns  at this time.

Limited edition products cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed.

Should you have goods that arrived damaged or are lost, please contact hello.onederland@gmail.com and send a video of opening the package , without the video no other reason would be entertained.
